Indoors

After entering the house, you will see a spacious and bright living room with a contemporary style, with lavish fabrics and a warm atmosphere. The arched windows let the sun enters all day long.
You can cook some good Italian meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room, next to it.
The 4 bedrooms ensuite have been elegantly refurbished with beautiful furniture as well as in the bathrooms with marble.

Outdoors

You can admire the spectacular view of the Umbrian countryside directly from the swimming pool and the deckchairs under the century old oaks.
You also can admire the view from the pool cottage while eating a barbecue on the outdoor dining table
The pergola with sofa and armchairs is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the place while relaxing.
If you want to have a drink or have a chat with your loved ones you have several panoramic terraces with sofa and chairs in the “piazzetta”.

Notes 

To reach the luxury villa in Umbria there are 3 km of white gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good conditions but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sport cars.
