Sa Punta is a five bedroom luxury vacation home in Mallorca located along a track above the coastline of West side. Built in traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, it has been sympathetically built into the landscape and has panoramic sea and mountain views. Sa Punta villa has a private heated 15-metre swimming pool, kitchen, living room and dining area.
This villa comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have a terrace with a table and two chairs. Sa Punta is able to accommodate a further 2 children on top of the noted maximum adult occupancy, sleeping on either a sofa bed or rollaway bed.

Staff and service

Sa Punta is self catering, but catering by a villa chef can be provided for your entire stay.

Chef service with full board includes : Daily continental breakfast, lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. We can arrange for you to visit a local restaurant one evening and are happy to organise reservations. The chefs will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening. You can help yourself in the morning, so there’s definitely no need to rush to get up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor- made according to your preferences, or the chef can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes. The menus take influence from local produce: fish, meats, cheeses, fresh bread and pastries and of course olives. All menues are served up with local Mallorcan wine or your favourite tipple.
All drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are included and you are welcome to help yourself. Our team will chat to you before you arrive, in order to make sure that everything you need is there.

If you opt for self-catering: Take advantage of the local markets to buy the freshest ingredients to enjoy during your stay. Alternatively food shopping can be arranged for a 50 euros fee. We’ll be happy to organise in-villa dining with a private chef (from 75 euros per guest – min 8 guests – pre booking required).

Location

Sa Punta is located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca in the stunning landscape on the northwest coast of the island.
The villa is 25 kilometres from the centre of Palma de Mallorca. The airport is around a 40 minute drive to the estate.
To reach the estate we recommend hiring a car so that you have a flexibility when exploring the area. We are always happy to arrange airport transfers and taxis.
The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away from the house, providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.
