This villa is a stunning 350-year-old Bastide located in the Luberon area of France. It is an 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom bastide nestled in amongst acres of apple orchards, but located only 2 kilometers away from the nearby town of L’Isle Sur La Sorgue. The home, which was previously a farmhouse, features state-of-the-art furniture, elegant staircases, and perfectly manicured gardens.  One of the most loved areas of the home is it’s courtyard, which is secretly contained behind grand antique iron gates. Various other spaces within the yard offer a spot to peacefully overlook the fruit orchards next to the home or the mountains in the distance.

You will enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, or a glass of Provençal rosé in one of the numerous alfresco dining areas.

Bedrooms

All eight bedrooms have their own unique, graceful style. Some offer additional seating on chaise lounges for gazing comfortably through shuttered windows onto the surrounding countryside. Each has a private en-suite, beautifully and tastefully styled to complement the adjoining room. All together, the bedrooms feature four king beds and four queen beds. Young guests will be quite amused by the 4 staircases that provide access to the 4 different bedroom areas, one of the many whimsical features of this captivating home.

All bookings include a full changeover day clean, as well as a midweek clean in common areas. Our cleaning is professional and of hotel quality. Additional cleaning is available upon request.

The villa is situated just a few minutes away from the charming town of Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue, which is the antique capital of France. Pack a picnic lunch, hop in the car, and enjoy a picturesque drive through the winding roads of the many nearby hilltop towns.
